Shawn W. Jones
Chief Executive Officer
Shawn Jones, Principal & CEO of Rassa Group, brings over 26 years of experience in construction management and real estate development, where he directs all aspects of due diligence, feasibility, entitlements, permitting, and construction. Over his career, he has been responsible for developing or building more than six million square feet of retail space across multiple formats, 350,000 square feet of medical clean room and office facilities, and more than four million square feet of Class A industrial and distribution warehouses. His expertise spans complex ground-up development, large-scale build-to-suit projects, and multi-market rollouts, enabling him to deliver institutional-grade assets with efficiency, quality, and long-term value. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida State University.

Neil T. Buck
Neil Buck, Principal & COO of Rassa Group, brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, directing site selection and underwriting for build-to-suit developments and value-add investment opportunities. He previously served as a Senior Analyst at CBRE, Inc., where he provided valuation and consulting services for institutional-grade properties across multiple asset classes. His expertise in financial analysis, valuation, and development strategy informs his leadership, enabling Rassa Group to execute projects that consistently deliver long-term value for clients, investors, and the communities they serve. Mr. Buck holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida.

Stephen E. Paek
Stephen Paek, Principal & CIO at Rassa Group, has over 15 years of experience in acquisitions, development, and asset management, including founding U-Rite, a CRE technology platform designed to modernize real estate underwriting workflows. He previously worked at Hines, leading large-scale mixed-use projects across the U.S. and Canada. He holds a B.Comm in Finance from Concordia University and an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from Columbia Business School.
